To get a nice finished look - use a nude shadow under your brow. To take it one step further - put a tiny bit of white directly underneath the brow. (This creates a nice highlight.) It looks great in pictures!
Do NOT - Use white all the way from the crease to directly under your brow - this looks chalky and tacky. Trust me on this.
